01. How often is my room cleaned?
Your room gets a complimentary deep clean once a week, which includes fresh towels and bed linens. Need extra cleaning? No problem just ask, but note there’s an extra charge.
02. Are there quiet hours?
Yes! To keep things peaceful, we ask everyone to keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Your beauty sleep (and your neighbor’s) is important!
03. Can I smoke inside the apartment?
Nope! Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We like to keep the air inside fresh and fabulous. But don’t worry, our rooftop is a designated smoking area where you can enjoy a puff with a view.
If you light up inside, there’s a $100 fine to cover deep cleaning costs.
04. Can I host a gathering or celebration?
YES! If you want to throw a little soirée, our rooftop is the place to be. Just give us a heads-up so we can help make it extra special!
05. What if I accidentally stain the towels?
Oops! It happens. If a towel gets stained beyond saving, there will be a small fee for a replacement. Let’s try to keep them as fresh as possible!
